Thank you for your interest in having the Palm
Springs Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence be a part of your
event. We work with many groups to add that extra sparkle by selling
raffle tickets, acting as MC's, serving food, being hostesses, and
virtually anything else that you would like us to do. All you have
to to is fill out and electronically submit this form.
You can also fill it out, print it using your
browsers Print function and send it in via US mail to:

Please be aware that this
method will take longer for us to act on, so if you need us to
act on your request as soon as possible, please submit it
electronically.
PLEASE
NOTE: ALL event requests are processed on the 1st Tuesday of each month and
can take up to 45 days. So make sure you get your event request forms in
early enough so they can be taken into consideration. Emergency requests
can sometimes be accomodated, but it's better to
be safe than sorry, so get your requests in
EARLY!
And
remember,
we receive many requests, and considering we are a
100% volunteer organization
we cannot guarantee we can attend your
event, but we love to help people have a FABULOUS time
so we'll
make every attempt to be there if we have Sisters
available.
Please remember that the more information you put on
this form, describing what you would like us to do and the hours you
need us to be available, the easier it will be for us to give your event
every consideration. Remember, the early bird gets the nun,
so get your request in as soon as possible.
